The Journey To Central America - Part 2

Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2008

Today is Wednesday. We got in very late last night and it was too late to write.  It has been an incredible time with the Missionary Team from Potters House Worship Center. Pastor Dan preached a power message last night on "Choices". Many souls were saved. There were over 8,000 in attendance in the soccer stadium.

Many stayed with us until the light were being turned out. We are driving at least an hour or more each we way to these services. We got in bed about 1:00 a.m. your time this morning. Then we had to be up and on the road at 7 AM.  We had a quick bowl of cereal and were off to a Pastors Conference in Santa Anna,  El Salvador.

We held the conference on the military grounds. Pastor Dan ministered mightily to the Pastors and their wives on their obligations to each other. After a short break,  I preached a message entitled "The Wounded Healer." God helped us tremendously as I used past experiences in my life to relate to what Pastors are going through. Pastor Jose Munoz is interpreting for us. Please pray for him as he had already preached three services prior to our arrival.

I must go and get ready for the service tonight. Thank you each for your prayers and support. Keep the home fires burning. Remember the missionary team in your prayers, as truly these are men and women of God -  after God's Heart - and that is the winning of souls.

I thank God for the relationship that He has placed between Verdunville Church of God and Potters House Worship Center.

Blessings until tomorrow,

Pastor Mike
