FROM THE PASTOR AND DARLENE'S HEARTS

I just wanted to take a moment to send a note of thanks on behalf of Darlene and myself for your very generous monetary gifts, cards and a awesome service this past Sunday! It was an absolute  awesome day and the supper and Worship service so very anointed.

Without a doubt, we feel extremely blessed to be part of a church family which takes time out of a busy schedule to say words of appreciation to us for our ministry here at Verdunville Church of God.  We never take this time for granted, yet it is certainly one of the "highlight moments" of our year, as you can imagine.

I also need to share with you that it's people like you who make our ministry here both effective to others, and rewarding. We all want to hear those amazing words from our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ one day as seen in Matthew 25:21a; "Well done, thou good and faithful servant"; (Matt. 25:21a). This will truly be the greatest reward of all as we are rewarded as His servants, regardless of what position or vocation we were involved in here on earth.We consider it a high honor to not only serve here as your Pastor, but also to be part of this great Church as one of you!  We all go through the "highs and lows" together, and it is exciting to be part of the amazing things God is doing in our community through Verdunville Church of God..
